Thank you to all our pizza family for a great 2014 Season!  We are currently wrapped up for the winter getting ready for our spring 2015 start! Look for us starting up again at the Port Townsend Farmers Market in April.

Dented Buoy II. We now also have an oven at Finnriver Farm and Cidery.  We are serving our pizza on location in this beautiful Pavilion overlooking Chimacum valley.  Contact us for private catered events at the Farm!

We are also found Saturdays at the Port Townsend Farmers Market.

Specializing in Feasts from Fire

Dented Buoy Pizza is a mobile wood fired oven.  Based on traditional clay and brick oven designs this oven was created so it could be welded to a frame and be mobile!  Utilizing a firebrick hearth and an internal insulated metal dome we cook our pizzas hot and fast.  With our huge recycled mooring buoy as the oven’s cap and names sake we are cranking out mouthwatering treats! The oven is 100% wood fired.

We are based out of Quilcene, Washington. We bake to have fun, to feed people and to bring new flavors to old world baking styles!
