Dented Buoy pizza and catering is a mobile wood fired pizza oven. Based on traditional clay and brick oven designs this oven was created so it could be welded to a frame and be mobile! Utilizing a firebrick hearth and an internal insulated metal dome we cook our pizzas Hot and Fast. With our huge recycled mooring buoy as the oven’s cap and names sake we are cranking out mouthwatering treats! The oven in 100% wood fired.
We specialize in private catered events. We bake to have fun, to feed people and to bring new flavors to old world baking styles!
