Our pizzas are thin crust creations baked on fire brick and hand made from scratch.  Our dough and sauces are made by us using organic and fresh ingredients.   There is no set menu and we  focus on local, seasonal ingredients.   We recently did a Cider release pairing unique flavors to go with the Cider.  Smoked Chicken breast, caramelized onions, our special herb olive oil sauce.  Very Tasty!
